If you don´t request new labels within this time frame, Lumin Lamp House will assume you decided to keep your purchase, therefore you won't be entitled to request a return or a refund for your order. If the labels are not used to return the item within 5 days, you have 7 more days to request new labels. Return authorizations expire 5 days after they are issued so please initiate procedure within this time frame. If you prefer to use your own shipping account please provide us with the tracking number. Simply print, attach to the box and drop off at your local post office. Once your return request has been authorized you will be sent shipping labels by email. Contact our Customer Service Team to initiate a return merchandise authorization (RMA). Lumin Lamp House accepts returns on a vast majority of our products (in new, uninstalled condition and original packaging) within 5 days of receipt unless otherwise noted on the product page.
